Building Resilient Teams and Workplaces Course
This 57-page course was built natively within a Learning Management System, transforming a client-provided storyboard from a simple Word document into an engaging, multi-faceted learning experience. Divided into thoughtfully organized sections, the course featured a mix of content pages, reflections, interactive activities, discussion boards, video, and audio media—each element carefully selected to create a dynamic and immersive experience.
Every detail was designed to keep learners engaged and ensure the content resonated long after completion. To maintain confidentiality, the course has been fully anonymized, with all logos, imagery, names, and content replaced. This project reflects my ability to bring static ideas to life, crafting professional and impactful courses that exceed expectations.
Using Thought Industries’ native authoring tools, I transformed the client’s storyboard into an engaging course while enhancing the design with extensive HTML and CSS customizations. From styling text and call-outs to refining on-page elements, I tailored every detail to elevate the visual appeal and functionality, creating a polished and immersive learning experience.
To maintain confidentiality, all imagery and content were recreated and anonymized using Leonardo.ai and ChatGPT, respectively, to reflect the original concept without revealing proprietary details.
